Hospital of Emotion

 

1. Ticket Purchase

All tickets are sold through official ticketing platforms only.

All prices, dates, times, and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

2. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, except as required by applicable law.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

Tickets may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled entry time, subject to availability, using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not guaranteed.

 

4. Timed Entry & Late Arrival

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and entry window.
Timed tickets are entry windows, not guaranteed entry times. Actual entry may be delayed due to guest flow, capacity management, safety considerations, or operational needs.

Guests should arrive during their scheduled entry window. Late arrivals may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed entry.

 

5. Admission

A valid ticket must be presented for entry.

Children under the age of 4 may enter free of charge.

We reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason permitted by law, including but not limited to safety, capacity, or non-compliance with policies.

 

6. Experience & Flow

The exhibition is self-guided.

Guests must follow designated pathways, capacity limits, and staff instructions at all times.

 

7. Health & Safety

Guests must comply with all posted rules and staff instructions.

Hospital of Emotions reserves the right to remove any guest without refund if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of rules.

 

8. Guest Conduct & Exhibition Rules

Guests must respect the artwork, exhibition spaces, staff, and other visitors at all times.
Artwork and installations designated as view only may not be touched, climbed on, moved, leaned against, or otherwise altered. Interactive installations may only be used as intended and where interaction is clearly permitted.
Guests who damage artwork, interfere with exhibits, fail to follow staff instructions, or engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be removed from the premises without refund. Guests may also be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the exhibition or its contents

 

9. Weapons Policy

Weapons of any kind, including firearms, whether openly carried or concealed, are prohibited on the premises except as required by applicable law. Guests who violate this policy may be denied entry or removed from the exhibition without refund.

10. Dress Code Policy

Hospital of Emotions is a family-friendly public attraction. Guests must wear appropriate attire at all times, including shirts and shoes. Clothing must provide adequate coverage of the chest, buttocks, and genital area. Attire containing obscene, discriminatory, or offensive language or imagery is prohibited.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose attire is deemed inappropriate or disruptive without refund.

11. Assumption of Risk

By entering the premises, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the experience, including but not limited to:

low lighting, immersive environments, sound effects, confined or open spaces, uneven surfaces, and emotional or sensory experiences.

You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.

 

12. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Hospital of Emotions, its owners, affiliates, partners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to your participation in the exhibition, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

13. Personal Property

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

Hospital of Emotions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

14. Photography & Media Release

Photography and video recording may take place on-site.

By entering the exhibition, you grant Hospital of Emotions the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and recorded media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

 

15. Event Changes or Cancellation

Hospital of Emotions reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to operational needs, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, ticket holders may be offered rescheduling or alternative options at our discretion.

 

16. Force Majeure

Hospital of Emotions shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.

 

17. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, design, branding, and concept, is the exclusive property of Hospital of Emotions and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

 

18. Disclaimer

This website and all related content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

 

19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

 

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

 

21. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the exhibition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
